A low-fiber diet three days prior to the liquids only day for a colonoscopy does not mean you follow the liquids only diet for four days. 

 

It means you eat low-fiber foods so there is not as much food in your system to expel.  Some of the low-fiber foods include milk, cheese, yogurt, white rice, saltines, low fiber cereals such as Cream of Wheat, eggs, chicken, turkey, seafood, applesauce, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, fresh peeled peaches, potatoes without skin, strained soups, and many other items that are listed if you just google low-fiber foods.  As you can see by the above examples, you would be able to plan and eat a balanced diet for those three days.
