Could someone answer a couple of shipping return questions

[ Edited ]

Hello. I rarely return items I buy, but I ordered three TSV tunics. All were purchased as separate orders. They came to my house in one large box instead of coming to my mailbox in bags, the way most of my tops do. They were delivered by the Post Office. I have not opened the box yet. In the past, if I had to return a piece of clothing I just put the label on the outside of the plastic bag and stuck it in my mailbox. How should I return these tops? Should I use the box? Will it cost more to return the tops this way? Will the Post Office come to pick up the box and how do I get them to come and do this? Will I need three separate labels on the outside of the box? I had three separate shipping I D numbers, one for each garment and I'm assuming they are inside  this one box. Thanks for your help.

@Mindy D    Put then all in the box.  Use one of the return labels on the box.  Go to the USPS website and request a pick up.  They'll come and get it at your convenience and email you a confirmation that it's been picked up.  I just leave them outside my door on the designated day.  They will charge you 2 return shipping fees; one will ride free.  Watch your credit and if they charge you too much, complain to the mods.

@Kachina624 @Thank you. You're a genius. QVC should hire you.

I would THINK you would open the box and check out your items....before being concerned about returning.  ?????   You liked them enough on TV to order - why assume NOW you won't.

@fthunt @I was sorry I ordered after I spoke with others that described the fabric and after I viewed the on air presentation. I preordered based on the photo provided. I already know that this fabric is not for me.

Re: Could someone answer a couple of shipping return questions

if they are all going in one box (three clothing items) with one label, then you should only be charged one return shipping fee. you can confirm that with customer service. qvcsocialteam@qvc.com.
