That's great that pancake sis wasn't driving when you went out. I hope she "doesn't feel well" every time you go!😉 Maybe if no one mentions it, she won't feel the need to defend herself and not be tempted to drive again herself.🤞

Do try that anti anxiety medication. I take a low dose and it does help. I keep it low because I do have side effects from a higher dosage: a "fuzzy" head (can't think straight) and I get off balance, both of which I don't want to have as I age because I already do that myself to some degree and don't want to make it worse. I fear falling like so many older people do. But the lower dosage of meds does help me keep my anxiety in check so it doesn't get really out of hand which it did a couple of months ago while I was off the meds completely.

You sure do have a lot of energy--all that walking! 🚶🏻‍♀️‍➡️

I hope you get some good neighbors. It's always hard to see someone you've known for years leave. Seems like so many changes now...😕

n/p gave me a very low dose also for same reasons you mentioned because of my age-83,etc. of anxiety pills..".only" take as needed!.

uh..i'm off balance most all the time,lol! hence the walking cane yep,don't want to fall...even tho i stepped on a shoelace on one foot once and tried to walk...un boom down on carpet. oops..naw didn't get hurt.. ,etc...

Forgetful...why did i say for scripts to be filled and to picked up at Walmart...instead of Walgreens???SMH!!!!

Back to my med

Like if i can't sleep ...take one to help me ,

other wise

i need to take only... as needed even during the day... like if pancake upsets me...

i'm not going to mention script name..

Daughter is picking up my 2 meds now...need the one for my UTI now plus anxiety med.

it isn't 24/7 care -which i know requires strict guideloines

and @geezerette has a great idea

maybe there are agencies that can offer a helpig hand

no, i didn't cuz no one called and i was home all day...

and ate my own food...

i had Totino's party pizza. meat was timy pieces of. hamburger and orginal crisp crust...still have half left..

they are not big round pizzas but are square shaped.

@geezerette : Thank you. My health insurance called me back. They offer a yearly Home Visit for a nurse to come and take all information, look at medications, look at home for mobility issues and other needs. Stated the visiting nurse could probably help with any home help needs and work with my doctor. My visit is scheduled for 6/5.

I received the information from Rebath for the shower remodel.🙄😯.Expensive. More than what I was expecting. We requested for the shower door to be used instead of shower curtain. The shower threshold will be reduced from 8 inches to 3 1\2 inches.

I am still trying to purge the den and a few more things before deciding on the house cleaning service.

I will call my cable company tomorrow to change that service and reduce that bill.

I was on the phone most of the day yesterday getting information for any help and changes.

I didn't get much done today because a friend was suppose to come and bring me lunch but never came. DH went to Wendy's and got me a plain baked potato with one butter and sour cream and a small hamburger. Water still doesn't taste good but trying to consume more. My snack was a banana. So my food consumption has decreased. But worried about losing weight with eating fast food. I am doing the best that I can .
