I thought of some but didn't write them down soon enough and can't remember what had come to mind.

Happiness is not having what you want but wanting what you have.

Cross each bridge as you come to it.  (I'm trying to do that).

 

Waste not, want not.

 

An  ounce of prevention, is worth a pound of cure.
