Re: Pfirst Pfizer Shot - Pfeeling Pfine

The only thing I had after my first Pfizer shot was a sore arm for a couple of days. Will be getting the second shot on May 5.

Re: Pfirst Pfizer Shot - Pfeeling Pfine

Good for you @Porcelain

Title of your thread reminded me instantly of the Golden Girls episode.

Sophia to the undertaker, Mr. Pfeiffer (and you pronounce the P)--'Hey Pfeiffer, how would you like a punch in the p-face?)

Hopefully, no reaction for you.

Saturday morning, I had my second Moderna and, of course, 18 hours to the minute, I got a fever, had wicked chills, for about 2 hours.  But when I got out of bed 3 hours later, I was okay except a little achy.

Had no reaction to the first shot.

Phormer Pfizer employee here!!  Left a wonderful position at their Pearl River, NY site.

I, too, felt fine after the 1st.  Tomorrow morning I get the 2nd.  Hope to feel fine afterward, too.

@BarbiHollywood   I know where that site is.

Congratulations @Porcelain and welcome to the club!   Or maybe I should make that Pforcelain.  lol

I have had both doses of Pfizer and did really well.  No pfroblems at all.  lol

Just remember to keep doing arm circles with that arm and working that arm.  That is part of my preaching over the years with giving vaccinations.  It does help increase circulation to the muscle to move the vaccine out into circulation.

Let us know how you are doing!

Re: Pfirst Pfizer Shot - Pfeeling Pfine

I believe I am in the minority here but I didn't feel well at all the day after my first Pfizer vaccine.  Just had my 2nd one last Wednesday and still felt tired and sore but not as bad as the first time.  Happy it's over, for now anyway.
