JCPenny is the same now too.

New, unworn, unwashed, original tags on item, 30 days.

Love the 30 day policy, it is plenty of time to return or exchange an item. 90 days is often abused by people, they wear it or use it and then take it back. Not anymore. I feel sorry for many retailers.

I definitely think QVC should rethink that 4 month long Christmas return policy.

This has been a policy for awhile.  A friend gave me a top for my birthday.  Sadly, it didn't fit.  I went to return it a couple of days after my birthday but they wouldn't take it back even though I just received it because she bought it more than thirty days before I was given it.  This was three years ago and very frustrating .  I would  up donating it.

I am in Chicago.

Why?  it's terribly difficult to purchase a holiday gift in October if the return period expires by Thanksgiving.  Heaven knows if you wait until December to Christmas shop at QVC, your gifts could spend the holidays in a warehouse.

Because it's 90 more days for some to abuse the system having nothing to do with gifts.

Re: New Macy’s return policy

Hooray for shorter return times!

We all end up paying for the people who can't make a decision, over-order and abuse generous policies. Long gone are the days where some stores took anything back after Christmas, you didn't need receipts and could wear something bare and still get your money back.

30 days is generous.

I liked the longer return policy.  Our closest Macy's is an hour away and I don't have a printer.  Gave me time to get there for more than just one reason.
