Not even interested because my experience with My Pillow has been excellent since I bought a pair several years back. I make no medical claims, nor do I expect everyone  to have the same reaction to it, but I am glad I finally remembered to toss one into the car when I transitioned from NY to FL last week.

I love my pillow and so do 5 others I have given them.  I also have never heard him make any medical claims.   I have paid that much for pillows before trying to find a good one.   I have had neck surgery and was in severe pain for 7 years prior to it.  Doctors had all kinds of ideas as to what my problem was but no specialist would do an MRI or take an x-ray.  I fell at work so it was covered by compensation.  I had to get s lawyer and doctors out of town.   My pillow is the only pillow that to date has worked for me.  I even purchased the travel size so that I never have to sleep without my pillow.  Our country is lawsuit happy.  Lawyers advertise constantly on TV stating if we don't get you money you will not be charged.

I bought a set of My Pillows the last time they were the TSV and I absolutely love them.  So far probably one of my best QVC purchases.  I bought a set of the firm.

I hadn't slept through the night in over a year, probaby longer.  I use to be up switching my pillows around, punching at them, rearranging them, tossing one on the floor then getting it because just 1 wasn't enough.  This went on and on.  Now I sleep on 1 "My Pillow" and I am getting really good sleep.  It is amazing.

This particular lawsuit was filed last week jointly by 10 counties (including Santa Cruz).

Do a Google search for "my pillow lawsuit" and you will find info on other recent lawsuits for various reasons. Interesting......

I have heard you can feel the pieces of foam when you use them. I wouldn't use them for that reason. I only use down

I also watched him on Q a million times and never heard him make any such claim.

As a previous poster stated...it could have been LONG ago when they were just starting to hit the infomercial circuit.

If they want to sue somebody for false advertising....why don't they sue SUBWAY??  (and other food chains)

Have any of you EVER actually gotten a sandwich that even closely resembles the meat packed delights they show on TV?   LOLOLOL.....

I'm curious as to how Pillow Man in his infomercials and on QVC, and the QVC hosts assisting him, will change their spiel now. I presume they will have to. But I suppose it's possible that you could be sued for something in CA and it could/would be okay in PA. Legal people? It's such a sizable award I wonder if QVC will want to keep selling Da Pillow.

I felt one in a BBB and decided against.

Have they already? I haven't watched any of the presentations all the way through because I have no interest in one, but I haven't heard any mention of fibromyalgia, insomnia, migraine headaches, TMJ or restless leg syndrome. I've heard him promise a better night's sleep, but not an end to insomnia. Has he been making those promises on QVC?

I bought a set when it was the TSV some months ago...liked them so much I bought another set during the most recent TSV, as well as a set of the travel pillows! I have a hard time getting comfortable when I first get in bed, and the MyPillow has helped tremendously. I start out on my stomach, but usually turn on my side, then my back, all while I'm asleep. That pillow just goes with me no matter how I move!

The travel pillow is perfect to put under my bad knees when lounging on the sofa...that bit of lift is much more comfortable, and it doesn't squish down so that I have to keep adjusting it.

Re: My Pillow - Ruh-Row!

[ Edited ]

Although I love what My Pillow did for my sleep, I did a deeper dive on these lawsuits.  As others have stated here, there's more than one reason for them:

The Sonoma Co., CA DA settling that suit also stated that My Pillow advertised itself as the “Official Bed Pillow” of the National Sleep Foundation (“NSF”), without disclosing that a material financial connection existed between My Pillow and NSF

I have heard him mention that connection in nearly every My Pillow presentation on QVC.

I wonder what his relationship with QVC will be after this.

I have heard that same exact claim on regular commercials for My Pillow.
