Re: Lisa Robertson's Engagement Ring

Yes, Lisa still lives is the sprawling horse estate.   The kitchen she uses for her videos now is her "studio kitchen" that she said she had built so she wouldn't have to use her own kitchen for that purpose anymore.   It's on the property somewhere.

I'm very happy for Lisa.

Her ring is beautiful, and she will make a beautiful bride 😊

Written off?  Aged out? Worn out?

I'm at a loss for words.

Me too @Etoile308 .  How does this apply to Lisa?

I'm genuinely cheered when someone "written off" gets married or has a baby.  You know what I mean.  When someone who seems to have aged out or worn out all opportunities to marry or get pregnant does eventually marry or give birth to a child, it is exhilarating news for me.

Such unexpected outcomes always reaffirm my deep-down belief that it ain't over till it's over.

You just never know...  Hoping Lisa has a lovely marriage.

Omg 'aged out'?

Marriage is not the be all and end all -  friends of mine have marriages I would never want.

Agree @ellaphant that marriage is not the be-all-end-all.  I love my husband dearly, but I would not get married again if I were to loose him.

Has it ever occurred to you that women can "age out" voluntarily and happily never having gotten married nor had children and being very happy with that chosen life? This isn't 1923.

Agree with you @Pearlee .  More power to those who choose not to get married or have children.

It's beautiful and I'm very happy that she found "the one".
