I've been in our area's Penney's for store pickup before the holidays and it was practically empty...in fact, the mall itself was pretty lifeless. Do as Jacie suggested and go when they open.

@PickyPicky3     I'd ignore or cancel the initial order and get the item at the now reduced price ---for curbside pickup.

You must really want it.  Therefore go early, wear a mask and get the adjustment.

QVC wouldn't adjust the price for me on a beauty product. The price changed before I even received it. 

 

How badly do you want the item and can you find it elsewhere cheaper?

@PickyPicky3 I would go in the store with a mask on and ask for price difference.Money is money!

@PickyPicky3  I agree with @Lucky Charm   cancel the order and reorder at the lower price.

 

I think their price adjustment policy is obnoxious.  Makes no sense if they have your order number and you paid by credit card.

@PhillyGirl23 I don't understand, why wouldn't qvc give you a price adjustment?  Was is within the 30 days?  Or was it before the item actually shipped?  They do make you wait until the item ships but I think they would make a note in your file and give it to you when it does ship. (I think that's true) Anyway, sorry you had trouble with the request.
