As a follow up to last week's discussion - I didn't go through as much TP as I thought for the colonoscopy prep. The procedure itself went well - nothing to report (thank God). Even though I was okay, I did buy more TP and paper towel when I went grocery shopping on Wednesday.

I was a bit disappointed when the doctor said, see you in 5 years. I tend to wake up - all the way live - all out of anesthesia. I said 5 YEARS???!!!
You gave me 8 years between my first one and this one - now I gotta have another one in 5 YEARS????!!!
He smiled and said, family history. I said, well, okay then.

@dex LOL...I have to admit it's fun ![]()
I especially appreciate the fact that if I'm making a meal or baking, and I am out of supplies of anything, 95% of the time I have a spare/backup in the basement...sugar, broth, cereals, etc. Our kitchen is really small, so storage space for any food is minimal. I bought a $29.99 pantry when I 1st moved into an apt (when I lived in CT and before I got married back in the early 80's) and it's still working great for DH & I here in NE 30+ yrs later. It's about 28" wide, 5' tall and about 14" deep. Thank goodness we have it because it holds what we use daily ![]()

My current stash. Keep in mind that it's the Charmin Mega PLUS rolls. Each roll is the size of a basketball. Also have 4 rolls under each bathroom sink.

Well, suckaaas, my TP might not be "the size of a basketball," but I have now topped 110 double rolls in my stash. I haven't seen the triple rolls and wonder why my grocer is keeping this from me. Perhaps it is some kind of a plot.
