I haven't weighed myself since Thanksgiving.  On Tuesday I had a dr. appt. and weighed the same as I did back then.  This was shocking because I have enjoyed the holidays and eaten whatever I wanted.  The real truth comes when I get back on my home scale to see for myself.    Cat Wink

@elated  My long time friend that goes to WW with me is 69.  We are your neighbors.  We live in KS and it is very cold here too!  I also prefer walking outside, but not in this weather!

Too bad we don't live closer!!!

For me it was 3 pounds and I blame the See's Candy. I love See's.

@elated, an old rhyme said, "a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips".

I always make my yearly physical for March. That gives me time to lose a few lbs. I may have put on lingering over the punch bowl & more importantly improve my lab tests (especially my A1C...always tested for Type 2 diabetes since runs both sides of family).
