@JeanLouiseFinch

They have warnings here during all seasons. As you said, heat warnings till 8pm Monday. I expect it to be hot in June in my part of the country.

A few days ago it was high wind warnings. The week before it was possible storm warnings and heavy rain. Not many days there isn't some type of weather warning.

High heat stay hydrated and lots of air moving. If you have AC, might want to stay inside.

Wonder how I lived so long without warnings on ladders/saws/mowers/steam cookers, and weather prognosticators, now called meteorologists and every day warnings about something. 🤔

@San Antonio Gal   Not sure how the deer and other wild animals find water in this heat, but in the NC area, with temps near 100 and high humidity, we're advised to keep pets inside.

Molly usually goes out her doggie door to check out the dogs walking by, but has been doing her "business" and then rushing back inside.

Late afternoon, I close that door and take her out for a short walk...on the grass since the pavement can burn their feet.

I used to be a sun worshipper back in the olden days when girls my age used to "lay out".

Now, I can't take the heat and humidity......

@Nataliesgramma  Oh my gosh, me too.  A big towel, bottle of Hawaiian Tropic and a cold Pepsi.  I was good for hours.

Now the thought 90 and humid makes me wilt.
