Glad to see "Fargo" get some recognition.  I was sure Ted Danson and Jean Smart would be nominated for their roles in the Best Supporting categories.

I love "Fargo". Great acting!

I am disappointed that Ray Donovan did not get anything nominated. Total snub.

Or Manhattan.

Wasn't Liev Schreiber nominated as best actor for a dramatic tv series for Ray Donovan?

Last year, I believe. I did not see Ray Donovan on the list this year.

I was really disappointed to see that House of Cards didn't get nominated for Best Drama. Glad to see that Robin Wright at least got nominated.

Re: Golden Globe nominations

I am very happy to see fury road get on the best picture.  It is rare that an action film will get that honor, but it is so much more than an action flick.  It won't win, of course, but great job at honoring George Miller's brilliant work.

I often wonder how a movie (for instance Joy) that isn't even out yet can be nominated for anything.

How do the GG voters know that it is good enough to be nominated for an award?

Wouldn't they be provided with an opportunity for an advanced screening before the theater release date?

Yeah they snubbed Johnny Depp! They always snub RIchard Gere too who had 2 great independent films (that could he could have been nominated for)

And I think 90 percent of those tv shows are terrible shows!

We watch a lot of tv and go to a lot of movies and they often snub the best movies as well as the best tv shows, (although the movies this year- there are some very good ones nominated)

Anyway, its mostly the same old same old most of the time.

PS) I am a fan of Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper, and Di Nero so I can't wait to see the Joy movie!
