Re: Gary and Carolyn had dinner last night

Geez people are mean on this forum? You can't give your opinion without someone jumping you for it. We should be able to comment anything we want but at least try and be kind toward each other.

We can all comment anything we want, but kindness goes both ways.

And lecturing other posters on who/what they should care about and how they should spend their time isn't kind.

No one needs to be told that their concerns aren't valid.

(And if anyone thinks this forum is "mean"?  They haven't seen many unmoderated forums.  JMHO.)

QVC fans are naturally worried about Carolyn as they should be about anyone who becomes unexpectedly unemployed.  It's nice to see her out and about.

Re: Gary and Carolyn had dinner last night

it really flabbergastes me about the comments about Carolyn getting out, and it's nice seeing her smile ?? Do y'all just think that she shriveled up and died?? She got let go from her job, her life has went on, and I guarantee that she's faired way better off than some people who's lost their jobs.

Re: Gary and Carolyn had dinner last night

Why do people find it necessary to be so snarky on this forum sometimes?  It was a nice photo, deserving of positive comments.

What a condescending post.

@Linda0215Don't take my response so personally. I was just wondering how adult mature people get so attached to a person they do not know. She's a salesperson who was probably let go for management's valid reasons. Maybe she even chose it. There are plenty of other hosts you can get attached to for whatever reason.

@Janey2,

I don't see how being "adult mature people" has anything to do with caring about what happens to someone they may have watched for a long time, sometimes years even if on tv or online or social media.

Hopefully a mature adult does have feelings and caring towards someone they enjoy, that suddenly is gone whether homebound or not.
