that is not how it works. you have 30 days from the date you received the item to make a return. a very reasonable policy.

It's 30 days from the date the item was ordered - not received. It should still be plenty of time.

You are wrong.

Their return policy states,

"QVC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you receive the package for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling and Q Retu...I

Their words, not mine.

You can look up their return policy and read it for yourself, and see where you have 30 days from the day that you get your package, not from the day that you order it.
