Hello To All! The Best of '2015!
A teachable spirit - I have been having that message put across to me for a short while. Throughout life, I believe that we never ever stop learning. In learning, we learn about ourselves - Our strengths and weaknesses. Others may come into our life to teach us or to learn beside us. It's a never ending process that will lead us to our better good and higher self.
Thankful for another year of life, I wish you all peace and to know you are loved.

Happy New Year!!!
I read "Jesus Calling" every single day. It's an incredible way to connect with our Lord. I loved the post about God holding our tears.Thank you for posting that! Turning to the Holy Spirit daily, was my best accomplishment in 2014. My anxiety is nearly vanished, and I have more calm and peace most of the time than I could have ever imagined possible.
It's always like a clean slate to me, to see the new year come in. I no longer make resolutions, but do have things I want to accomplish this year. Renew healthier habits, and grow my prayer life as best I can. Today will be a pretty normal day here. We had a nice supper at home last night to celebrate the new year after I returned from mass. It was a beautiful service, and a great way to wrap up the year.
On another thread, someone asked for one word we would focus on for this year, mine was health. This is an area that has been very challenging the past year, but since things seem to be turning around the past few months, I have to do all I can to ensure these positive changes continue.
I wish everyone much success in any changes you'd like to make this year. Hope all who post or read here have their best year yet! Hugs, pinky
