The article said the bans took place in 2014, and are still in effect.   

 

I wonder if someone wanted to order online, such as from Victoria's Secret, is there an agency monitoring what can be purchased from retailers like this?  lol  Woman LOL

@Tinkrbl44 - I don't know about a monitoring agency, however, if there are "problem" countries they are put on a list of "blocked" countries.

 

I have this on my business site and if someone tries to order and they are on the list of blocked countries, they can't place the order.
