I used a QVC pre-paid label due to the weight of a handbag I was returning, and it's trek started on April 6th, and today April 16th it is still in the process of getting back to QVC!!
Also another package using their label, was mailed the same day due to a sandal that was defective, is also circuling the states on its way back with their "2-day" return label. I know it will eventually get there, but just as a contrast, I returned a package of tops using my own label, (which usually takes weeks before I see a credit) and it has already been processed and the credits given. Surprised about this.
It is more than annoying that keeps happening. The USPS is a joke, and now I see the price of stamps will increase again in July. P.S. I was charged $6.95 for using my own label, so now I will have to get that reversed, as well. SMH

@charsha If you can track it by the number and it shows received and still in transit after that long, I would call QVC and ask for them to submit the credit now.
As long as you can track its location, QVC should be able to and if it's lost using one of their labels, you shouldn't be responsible.
I would call today and ask for the credit!

I always send an email to QVC to let them know what I'm returning along with the order & item numbers. I get a response usually in less than a week with a refund.

@charsha when you use the QVC prepaid label to return a product, it is not handled by USPS, they are just acting as a drop-off center. A 3rd party contracted by QVC picks up the package from USPS and is responsible for delivering your return to QVC. You cannot blame this on the post office.

❤ USPS...understaffed where I live & they still do a fantastic job.

You are blaming the USPO when the fault is QVC's. They have negotiated a lower shipping cost to them in exchange for slower shipping.
The USPO gets my Amazon packages to me in a couple days while Q packages take forever.

I get and send packages frequently through USPS and don't have problems. My problems are when I UPS so I guess it depends on where you are. I prefer using the USPS and the QVC return labels when possible.

I have a return for AVC and I'm dreading it. I do always make sure that it has tracking but nowadays that doesn't even seem to matter. I sent a gift card for valentine's day to my siter and she never received it. My husband sells stuff on Ebay and he mailed a box (insured and tracked), weeks later tracking just stopped and the buyer never got got the box. Went to post office, no help. When asked how can tracking just end...no answers. He refunded the buyer his money. Box still missing. Our post office is horrible. There are posts and complaints about it on our local neighborhood APP all the time. The new stations have been doing specials on it for months now. Three distribution centers have been cut to 1, a new one. On the news they show big rig trucks for miles waiting to get into the distribution facility. Our state senator has gotten involved saying this is no way to run a business and he wants answers. Supposely going to meet with post master general in a month. In stark contrast, I returned an item to Amazon. Went to UPS store. They scanned it and had my return in less than an hour.
