Hate it! Thought it might just be my computer. Stop tinkering, and while your at it, please bring back the Spell Check function.

Every single time QVC tries to "improve" their site navigation they mess something else up. It never fails. And, it seldom gets fixed.

As I said, it's not the QVC site alone causing whatever problems some posters are seeing. It's not happening to all of us. So, it's most likely the combination of your browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, etc.) and the changes to the QVC.com website. (You also should always check to be sure the operating system software on your computer is current.)

Be sure you've updated your browser to the most current version. Also, delete cookies and website data, quit/closeout the browser and relaunch it.

shoekitty, it is not my computer either. Since I perform all the recommended operations that DBD suggested, daily and that doesn't do it, I can say with certainty that it is not a "just a computer dummie" issue. It is NOT happening in Safari, or Firefox, which leads me to believe that it is an issue with chrome and QVC. Probably on the Q side with their tinkering. Chrome theoretically updates itself every time you close and reopen it. I do this as often as several times a day, and I still have the issue.

QVC has had a soft rollout of their new login changes where you now have to create a password to sign in and yesterday they are starting to make the password change mandatory, i.e. you are being sent to the page to create a new password if you are still logging in with a 4 digit pin. I did notice that the site was very slow yesterday likely due to the new changes.

Nope---it is the site...has been doing it for two days... we are not all the dufuses you seem to think we are...has been doing it for two days.
