I'm not sure what problem is happening since I can't reproduce it. However, I haven't logged in for a couple of days. Tonight, I used my bookmark to go directly to the Community, I signed in and was still on the Community page. I didn't see any redirects to other pages, or find it necessary to click on anything else. Has it now been corrected, or are some of you still having a problem?
One thing that can be helpful: Whenever it appears the site has changed their software, it can help clear up glitches if you'll delete cookies and website data, quit the browser, and then relaunch the browser. (I do this at least once a day.)

I have a feeling if you contact the Q's IT folks they'll ask you the same things I asked. I'm having no problems, I'm not sure what extra pages some posters are seeing? If you're having a problem, did you try deleting cookies and data, quitting the browser, and relaunching it?

Hi, jump4joy! What a great nickname!
As I said, it's not the QVC site alone causing whatever problems some posters are seeing. It's not happening to all of us. So, it's most likely the combination of your browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, etc.) and the changes to the QVC.com website. (You also should always check to be sure the operating system software on your computer is current.)
Be sure you've updated your browser to the most current version. Also, delete cookies and website data, quit/closeout the browser and relaunch it.

I dont know what your all talking about. Everything looks the same as usual when it sign in.Must be your computer.

Me too! Then I have to hit QVC Community, then it takes me another selection. It started yesterday. Also yesterday and this morning these boards were so slow, it was like 1990 dial up! I just had to leave, it was taking forever to load. No other site was slow, just QVC
