As I said, it's not the QVC site alone causing whatever problems some posters are seeing. It's not happening to all of us. So, it's most likely the combination of your browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, etc.) and the changes to the QVC.com website. (You also should always check to be sure the operating system software on your computer is current.)
Be sure you've updated your browser to the most current version. Also, delete cookies and website data, quit/closeout the browser and relaunch it.
I hope that's helpful.
Wasting your breath Doob. They'd rather complain lol Theyll figure it out.
Nope---it is the site...has been doing it for two days... we are not all the dufuses you seem to think we are...has been doing it for two days.

I agree! It takes me to a page with brand-new options that I never saw before - no matter what browser I use.
And someone above said that passwords are mandatory now, but they aren't. I've don't have one, and have never been told to create one. I signed in and out a few times just now to see if I could prompt a request of that type, but it still lets me sign in with my PIN.

I will almost guarantee it is something to do with site security and all the hacking that companies have been experiencing. Maybe Q has been hacked and they are taking steps before announcing it. . .

Yes.
We are being forced to ""run a gauntlet"" to find the boards...and--I fear--it will only become more challenging with time.
Only the strong shall survive.

The page is working fine for me, but I hate the extra page.
It's just an annoyance that I can do without on here.

I did notice that the site was very slow yesterday likely due to the new changes.
TY, I am new to QVC forums, so I am not sure what the rules are but you replied on a post back in 2011 that I wanted to talk to you about.

TY, You're probably right about that. I added the password back on the 25th when I became aware of the option. Add to that, I delete cookies and website data and relaunch the browser at least once a day.
I'm not being directed to any other page, and I'm not having the problem with emoticons others have reported. (I've tried Firefox, Safari and Chrome and they're all working fine on my iMac -- I never use IE, though, so someone else would have to speak to that one.)
However: We shouldn't have to delete cookies so frequently just to get this website to work properly. I've complained to QVC about this, but I don't have any confidence they'll make the site more user-friendly. Every time they change the software, they seem to be content to wait it out while their users figure out how to fix their own problems. Very unprofessional of QVC.
