I know I read somewhere on these beauty boards about a drugstore concealer/brightener that was a dupe for Trish McEvoys'. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Im not sure its a dupe but it works well & its very silky. Does Maybelline's instant age rewind conceal in Brighten ring a bell? Excellent for the triangle. They have different shades that work well as the shade Brighten might be too light for some. (the bottle has a sponge top)
The dupe someone mentioned was a Bare Minerals product. If I recall correctly it even had triangle in the name...obviously not a drugstore brand but a dupe for the McEvoy nonetheless.
But I wanted to try it too so I'm glad you started this thread..
patmo ~ I agree that it's more the technique than the product. I've watched the triangle-of-light demos on HSN and YouTube and I have used whatever concealer I have available to do it. Any creamy concealer will do!

Bare Minerals doesn't have anything with Triangle in the name, but I think you mean Stroke of Light. (So Light is a word they have in common!) It has a wand applicator instead of a brush, but it does the same thing. You can use it alone or with the Well Rested pen, which has a pearl (not sparkles) in it and adds illumination. I use the Well Rested pen as a subtle highlighter. I consider both to be my Must Have items.
