Mine does occasionally flip to the shopping channels late at night when I'm not around. He actually called me back from bed one night to let me know the TSV was a Kitchenaid mixer, which I bought (but I waited until later in the day to do it).

My husband channel flips like I do so he gets on the shopping channels too. I would never bore myself by staying on the channel too long. Ugh. I can't even imagine it.

My best friend (a guy) used to make fun of me a lot but he became acclimated because he had no choice when he was over at my house. This was in the 90's. So there's a Beatles memorabilia show on and my phone rings, it's Jim demanding to know how come Steve Bryant wasn't hosting! He also stopped giving me grief when my stock went from $17 to over $50 a share (when Barry Diller took over). That just about shut everybody up. :-)
