Josie Maran 1 oz. serum foundation/blush

Hi,

I've ordered Josie's matchmaker foundation numerous times in the past (in the 2 oz. size). I just ordered the 1 oz. size combined with her self-adjusting blush. The foundation lid seemed very loose when I unwrapped it, although very little had escaped the jar. When I unscrewed the top, however, it appears to be only about 2/3 full... way below the top of the label on the jar. Anyone know if this is normal?
