Big breath, rant over. Time for coffee and a walk
And then there's the Italian water...and prai, and terisalum, and my favorite 'ancient Chinese secrets'! (she always takes me back to that commercial)
who/what is this one?

If that is the case, I would love for her to clarify that, however Jaimie isn't the only vendor who embellishes the facts. I use and like IT Cosmetics, but I don't believe plastic surgeons are involved the the development of each IT product.
I don't either, lyn and think they push that connection way out of bounds. Unfortunately, even if Jamie were to curtail her mention of it, I don't see majority of the QVC hosts willing to do so, prior to her even getting on air.
Last night on FNB, Lisa was introducing the Synergy products from Perricone and she went on and on about how he was the Dr we see constantly on TV, from the AM shows to talk shows, etc. Now I not saying he hasn't been on TV a fair amount but, as sorry as I am to admit I watch way too much TV these days, it is only occasionally I see Dr P on anymore, with the exception of his infomercials. I guess I just don't like the massive exaggerations for any of the brands because they are not necessary - Perricone makes some excellent products and their success or failure is not dependent on his visibility on TV. Just got my goat last night as she embellished way too much which Lisa is prone to do.

Yes because nothing sounds quite as alluring as peat water.

They work VERY closely with burn victims and design makeup to cover their scars and other type of scars! As for a make over for Jamie, maybe she is happy with the way she looks?? I think she's a beautiful lady just the way she is and I think she is probably just as beautiful on the inside!!!! I don't know why people have to be so judgmental!!!!!
Just to be clear, I did say Jamie was very pretty. I just commented that her clothes did not flatter her as much as they could.
I stand corrected on the plastic surgeon issue I guess. I have only been involved with a plastic surgeon related to reconstruction after breast cancer surgery. Cosmetics were never part of our discussions.
I agree with you whole heartedly. She needs a beauty intervention badly. Everything she has CHOSEN is unflattering. I don't understand why people get all agitated when someone says that.
Or, you can say it about some people, but not others. No one is saying she's a bad PERSON.
I have tried a few of her products and don't care for them. I think the plastic surgeon thing is just a sales pitch, for the most part. Yes, if one has surgery, some makeup is or is not recommended. Otherwise, it would seem mostly dermatological.

Do you think the monks all have beautiful skin?
Good ones! There are a LOT of them out there! Mr. Chucek for the pharmaceutical company (Adrienne on HSN). Remember Adrienne's HUGE jar of capsules!

I now down to ANY woman that can wear her hair tight, uber tight, to her head...and still look fascinatingly beautiful! Jaime is one.....Jennifer Lopez & Isabella Rossellini, of the Hollywood ilk, come to mind. Also, let's face it, the Kardashian girls can rock the slick, tight bun & still turn heads. They all have "..good bone structure"!

No, that was her line to begin with. She first started doing those types of things due to the type of work she was in (in front of the camera). It was always her line though. She still has that blue lip stuff that is suppose to make your teeth look whiter. That was part of her original lineup, was not available for awhile, then she brought it back.
