I never had problems with items being sold out.  With the InsideQ you had to look at the dates "available"  sometimes they weren't available until a week or so after the mag was received but never out of stock

I am a techie person in my real job so I am used to this conversion of reference books to pdfs or online resources.  But when the chips (or reference websites are down), I have my old trusty books to guide me through any computer emergency!  I spend so many hours a day at a computer, that I don't feel like spending time at home "browsing" through another pdf!  There was something relaxing about sitting on the couch, with my QVC Insider magazine with my Sharpie, circling all the TSVs/shows I was interested in.  And I loved having the printed schedule.  I understand the cost to print, mailing costs, and the  idea that it could be out of date, but I think we all understand that happens (but still prefer the magazine anyway).  I can say I'm watching QVC a bit less now, because I don't have my Insider magazine.  Wish they would rethink this decision.
