I'm so excited, I checked on "Jane Iredale" and she has a new "Forever Peach Just-Kissed Lip and Cheek Stain". Yippee Skippee{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

I did want to say that there are not many of her products that I don't like but I didn't care for the liquid eyeshadow.

yeah, I saw that on Birchbox's website. I think Birchbox will be the only place I know where you will probably be able to use their coupon codes on her products. I have some points saved up so if I like the one I get, I will probably buy the peach one.

Good to know about the liquid eyeshadows- I almost bought one from Dermstore awhile back because it was super cheap for some reason.

Happy, have you tried Blinc's mascara amplified? It is more for volume.

Also, I like their heated eyelash curler. Like hot rollers in the hair keeps the curl, when I put heat to my lashes the curl stays.

Yes, I've tried the amplified. I liked it better than the regular for awhile but it is a bit drier formulation and it kind of got dried out, whereas the regular lasts forever. I went back to using the regular and found that I didn't really notice enough of a difference with the amplified to repurchase, especially since it didn't last as long.

It was cheap because I doubt it sold very well.

I sent a text to my friend to order it for me. She is really sweet, she has lots of women that order from her and she splits the shipping with us.

Ok makeup. Out for delivery with UPS I have a Bobbi Brown Cream Eye Shadow in Galaxy from the F & F sale, by way of Nordies for free shipping.

It's my favorite and I am excited to get it. It looks nothing like Nordies swatch.

Is Galaxy just a bit darker than Heather? I'm going to check that sale, thanks.

What is it about Blinc that you like? I look for a mascara that volumizes and lengthens. I've had issues with some mascaras that when I start using them, I loose eyelashes. I use Tarte Lights Camera Lashes and I think I don't loose eyelashes like I do with other mascaras because Tarte is natural. I once tried Jordana mascara based on all the rave recs I've read here on BB and it was a disaster for my lashes. Maybe they are more delicate and sensitive than the average person's I don't know. But I've also heard of Blinc so I'm curious as to what you like about it and what other mascaras you've used to compare it to. Prior to using Tarte LCL, I used L'Oreal and before that Lancome for many many years. I stopped using Lancome because it is so darned expensive and the tube always dries up on me so fast.

I have delicate lashes (well, use to) and most mascaras caused my lashes to be more brittle and break off (at the ends mainly, not whole chunks of lashes or anything). I did not like the Jordana mascara either. I used to use Lancome many moons ago as well. I am very picky with mascara as I still want to be careful that they don't make my lashes brittle again. So I like Blinc because it is a tube mascara so no smearing, smudging, flaking, eye irritation, and it is super easy to rinse off- splash splash splash of water, gentle motions on the lashes and done. No makeup remover needed. The one thing I don't like is that it does not give my wimpy lashes much volume (although the new black primer does so I've been using that as my mascara instead). It definitely gives length but volume, not so much. That is the biggest drawback for me oh and then lately now that my lashes are longer, it isn't holding my curl up as well, although, again, the black primer works better for that as well.

That is my take. Smiley Happy

Thanks for the info. I've never used a mascara that makes tubes around lashes. I may have to try it. So it isn't sold in any stores? Wasn't Mirenesse a mascara sold on HSN 15 to 20 years ago that used a tubing format? I think it was from Australia if I recall correctly. I use an eyelash curler now as it is so that wouldn't bother me. I do use a lot of mascara to get the length and volume I want so can you brush multiple times with Blinc or is it a brush one time type of mascara?

UMD, I'm glad that Happy is giving her thoughts too.

Sephora carries Blinc and I think there are some that buy it from other websites.

I have always bought mine through Blinc.

I used that other mascara from HSN and I liked it too but not as well as Blinc.

I have to be careful what I use on my eyes.

You can't reapply but I put on 2 coats if I'm putting on the dog, only 1 when I'm doing the puppy.

Galaxy is a gray tone and Heather is purple. Today is the last day of the sale. Nordstrom is price matching the 20% off that bobbibrown.com is doing, but Nordstrom has free shipping.

Thanks SGH. I had to laugh at your last sentence! Funny! Will check reviews on MUA and Sephora and check it out next time I am at Sephora. I don't think HSN is selling Mirenesse anymore. But I remember it from the mid 90's.

Happy, that is the only reason I don't use the Blinc, the formula does not hold the curl in my lashes. I like the idea of a gentle tune mascara, but with my longer lashes and the fact that my lashes basically point DOWN, not holding curl is something I just won't (can't? Lol) compromise on. That being said, I've only found one brand that holds my curl, and only in a waterproof formula. And I've tried a million, it seems, including samples from both low and high end brands. So, the one thing I don't even mess with anymore is mascara. My search is over, which is good, because the search is always on for about every other beauty thing out there. Lol!! Glad you girls found something you like, that really works for you!
