Procedures  aside , his skin looks really good , he has really good lighting , now he needs to do minimal things to stay looking natural. As much as i like Dolly , i think she had way too much filler. The best doctors know less is more.

Re: Dimitri looks really good .

I know people  compare him to a few years ago , but if i didn't know him , or saw him on street his skin looks really good , and like dr kaplan said yesterday , no matter what procedures you have , if the quality of your skin isn't good it doesn't matter.

I think having his teeth fixed made him look better, too. A bright smile seems to make people look younger.

I totally agree , I spent a lot of money on my teeth and a smile speaks volumes on how people perceive us , even though no one see them with the masks.

@MW in Iowa there is nothing natural looking about Dimitri now.  It is obvious he's had quite a bit of work done, which is his choice, but it's very evident.

I think that he looks terrible.

I respect your opinion , but you don't think his skin looks good ?

Re: Dimitri looks really good .

He has overdone the plastic surgery. I don’t understand why people who have work done don’t choose to keep it natural looking. For example, Courtney on Monday night fashion. She is too young to have so much work done. Now she is looking like Cher.

Re: Dimitri looks really good .

His skin might look good but I looked up pictures of him online and he used to be handsome.  Now he ( just my opinion) looks strange and stretched.  I am not against doing stuff to your face or elsewhere but I would want people to just think I looked rested or good for my age or just good and not think I had something done.  If I could afford it I would have facials and maybe lasering for age spots etc. etc......Its kind of like foundation.  I want it to enhance and hide a little but I don't want people to just see the foundation.

Re: Dimitri looks really good .

He was much thinner in the past and with weight gain that can change the way a person's face looks.
