@KBEANS   We will all eventually see a bit of jiggle. Fine lines can seem dimished with your moisturizer (I was using Bare Minerals Neck Cream and it was discontinued), but am now just using my face moisturizer.

 

Creams, lotions and potions will not reduce the jiggle...only the plastic surgeon can address the slacking  skin of the neck.
