has anyone canceled a shipment you had on auto-delivery and still received the others? For instance, I have an item on AD and I just received my first of 3 shipments. I was going to cancel my June shipment, but not my September. Has anyone done this successfully and not had any problems with the 3rd shipment being delivered?

I wouldn't cancel the shipment, but you should have the option to "skip" it. You can do that online. It only potentially hurts you if you skip more than one in a row. I have skipped individual shipments successfully. That was before people recently started having crazy problems with their A-Ds though...

You can also push the delivery of your 2nd shipment out a few months to when you want it, and then cancel or push out the 3rd one. I actually think Q is too flexible with their A-Ds sometimes, and that's how things get messed up. But when it works, it's great.

I have skipped shipments. It may depend on how many shipments are planned. I've mostly only done this for things that were on long term plans, but I've skipped multiple shipments of a Dr Perricone moisturizer and then got another one later on. I've done the same with several WEN products, like the styling cream and remoist.

Yes, use the skip option. Cancel cancels the actual plan, skip will drop the next shipment but keep the order in place.

Thanks all!! Now I can't decide if I want to "skip" my June shipment or just push it back a couple of months...decisions, decisions!! :-)

I have done just that (skipped a shipment) and had no problems.

I really appreciate that I can skip shipments. This way if I need more Wen, there's always have an upcoming Wen TSV A-D shipment every few month.

I'e skipped shipments without any problem.

Since I'm well stocked up on Wen, I always push my shipments out as far as I can. -- Sometimes I end up skipping these shipments. In these cases, I always go into my account and revise it to reflect that I'm skipping that shipment in advance. QVC doesn't seem to have a problem with that. What QVC doesn't like is when you return an A-D shipment because you forgot to skip it.

If you do cancel future shipments, you may be able to go online later and reinstate your shipment. Sometimes you may need to actually call QVC customer service for this.
