Hi All. I ordered the WEN mousse on auto delivery. It says that you receive it every 60 days and receive a total of 4. What happens after that? Do you have to reorder it all over again? Thanks for your help!

Yes, once the AD ends, you can reorder again. If you do not reorder, the shipments just end.

I checked out the Wen mousse A-D option and was surprised to see that they are now also putting a limit on new A-D plans.

It looks as though QVC instituted this new limited A-D plan system sometime in 2012.

The Wen A-D items in place prior to 2012 all continue to have open ended A-D plans. But the two latest additions to the A-D plan -- Wen mousse & Kids CCs -- each have limits to the total number of A-D shipments. I'm guessing QVC mad this change to protect themselves against future cost increases.

The oldest Wen A-D item to have a limit on the number of shipments is the Wen mousse which was added as an A-D option in the beginning of 2013. -- The most recent Wen A-D item which has an open ended A-D option is the Wen 613 CC which was added as an A-D option in late December 2011 (i.e. almost 2012).

I knew that in the past few years that QVC has stopped offering open ended TSVs, but I hadn't realized QVC had made the same change to their regular A-D plans.

If you use the search box in the top right hand corner of this page, you can search for them by typing in the key words "wen" and "auto" (there are 13 wen items available on A-D).
