Hi Possummink:

It sounds like your GS car can be fixed which is great news, I have also heard the if your air bags do deploy it cost a fortune to get them fixed so that one good thing if his did not. My DS insurance did not pay much for his car and so he ended up having to purchase another car and go into debt to pay for it while the uninsured motorist walked away free as the breeze that is not right.

Sometimes our squirrels can be agreesive and climb the screen door wanting more treats but for the most part they just sit on the back porch and beg. It's impossible to ignore them and they enjoy the nuts and seeds I provide and in turn I enjoy their antics.

I like your thought that our DH are like extra special guardian angels, I like to think he is around and watching over me like he always did.

Our kids don't go back to school until the 1st of September. I can remember when my boys were in school we got out the first of June and they didn't go back until after labor day. So, we had a full three month off. As they got older they spent a great deal of their summers at Boy Scout camp as councelors and cooks. Great fun for them!!! Miss those times.

We are suppose to have temps in the mid 70's this weekend and just in time for a garage sale we are planning for this weekend on Saturday and Sunday. I have dreaded cleaning out the garage and have put it off as long as I can, it is time to let someone else enjoy all the tools my DH loved so much.

Have a great weekend, stay cool and rested. Really hot weather always tires me out. I like the sunshine and temps in the mid 70's. Appreciate you

The Osprey family that I've been watching since the mama, Rachel, laid 3 eggs.   A Bald Eagle took the young female last week,  Her name was Spirit.  Her two brothers have fledged but come back to the nest so Rachel and Steve can feed them till they can catch fish on their own.   This nest is on Hog Island, Maine.

Dear Snappy:

Just had a chance to stop by again.....so happy to see your post and your comments that the treatment went well.  I doubted it would be that bad experience but we never really know for sure.  One minute and the treatment was over. WOW and I'll bet you were talking to Jesus every second you could.  His promise to never leave or forsake us proves to be true in every instance.....as we both have experienced.  Can we ever appreciate enough our salvation and His love and care for us....never gives us more than we can endure according to His promise.

If there is not a lot of traffic when going to and back from the treatments, do you think you could drive the distance if it becomes necessary?  You, like me, hate to bother others but it's good to hear that you already have offers, so kind of GS's girlfriend to offer to help out.  Will the next treatment be on Friday?

There were a couple of email comments today reminding the ladies to pray for you, Snappy.  They love you so much and so do I.

Please continue to let us know how things are going; I'm sure you don't have as much concern now as you did before, quite a relief.
