Hi Snappy and Friends,   We had kind of a busy day.   GS wanted to go to the movies so he, his mom, and I went and saw a very silly movie, not one that I'd recommend to anyone, but he'd read reviews and thought it would be  funny to see.  I think he was disappointed too.  One of the reasons I went was Daniel Radcliffe was in it.  He was Harry, in Harry Potter movies. and I'm a huge fan of those books and movies.  

After that we got fireworks for tonight and then I went grocery shopping which I didn't get over the weekend as my daughter in law had to work so I had no car.   My son is fixing hamburgers for supper along with baked beans and some other sides.  

Enjoy the rest of your day and evening   Cherry pie sounds so good.  I do make a good one if I say so myself.   My brother loves it and I usually make them when I am home.  Almond extract give it a flavor boost.
