I tried times to post but nothing thept moving and itsaid  save and backt didn't co ii is still a mess. I have a bad cold and also can't seem to read with new glasses found a. magnifying glass but it is litTLE and I miss readig my newspaper.

Snapy dh was scandinavian and when we first married we went back and there - not to me lwas lutefisk. Did you ever taste it-liking not foi?tchen yetr me  Have you started on the new kitchen yet? Cold here-funny Iwhen it is hot at  80 bt i am freezing for heat' B etter see about better insulation in attic

Renee,   Sorry you have a bad cold.   I hope you can get rid of it soon.  It's cold here in Missouri and rainy, for which I am glad.   

Maybe the eye doctor needs to adjust your new glasses prescription.  I use 'readers' from the grocery store or Walgreen's and they are fine for me for now.  

Take care of yourself and keep warm.

Hi possummink, hope your leg is better and that you don't need back surgery. You've been through that and am sure you'd not like to repeat it. But sometimes pain forces us to do things we don't want to do.

Holding down the couch is important..wouldn't want it floating up around the ceiling, after all.  LOL.

Say, it's really great to have things delivered rather than going to the stores. I almost never shop anywhere other than my computer. I do need to get a gift card for the family person whose name I drew. But otherwise, everything is here or on the way.

I found Philosphy lip gloss through Amazon. Ordered a tube and it's coming this week.

When I buy books now, they are ebooks delivered to my Kindle. But I'm having trouble concentrating long enough to read much.

The rain is gone, but it's cool today in the high 50s and sunny.

Lovely actually. The local ski resorts got snow and made more so that's wonderful for the skiers and snowboarders as well as those who operate the resorts. They need customers to stay in business.

If I were to go out and look, I'm sure I'd see lots of beautiful snow on the mountains.

it helps you read. Are your eyes running because you have dry eye? I do, and mine run also.

I loved the rain and wind and am enjoying the cooler weather today, and the sunshine. We have used our heater, and last night I turned on the fireplace.

I've not heard of the fish you mention, so haven't tasted it. You must have some wonderful memories of your Scancinavian trips. Is your son a blonde? That's how I would picture him, but what do I know??

Hubby had red hair and blue eyes. Our kids all got my brown hair, but 2 of our grandkids are redheads with hazel eyes. The other is a blue eyed blond.
