@hckynut Maybe I'm just noticing the need to choose both each time. I used to just have to choose "blue". Oh well.
This is 4. Too small for everyone? Needs to be a 4 1/2. Lol

When people are mean, I can usually fluff it off.
But, sincere kindness can bring me to the ground.

If I told you, you wouldn't be surprised😉. Your post actually reminds me of myself. At social functions, I can be the life of the party, but can't wait to retreat home. I literally watch the clock.
~~~All we need is LOVE💖
@hckynut You are a smart guy, speaks his mind and tells it like it is. Of course people want you to be a leader.
I share your description of yourself in many ways. Sometimes I'd rather be left alone, sometimes I'm excited and happy to be in a group. I was very shy in grade and jr. high school.
One huge difference, I'm not keen on being a leader. I've done it but I have turned down a lot of requests to either do or run for something.
However, I'm fine with speaking to a crowd, speaking at an event, or speaking up in a meeting. That doesn't bother me at all.
I think the thing is I want to get it over and go home afterward whatever it is. Being the leader, that doesn't happen. People rag at you about stuff all the time. LOL!!!! Speaker? Say your piece and leave! I am very goal oriented! (Pun intended!)
I've become so good at being "outgoing", people are shocked when they really get to know the real me.
We sound very similar Shanus. I feel extremely uncomfortable in large gatherings,
but totally okay one on one. I even avoid going to Wegmans when they're crowded and do my big shopping early in the day. I had no issues when I was young, something that developed as I've gotten older. When I tell people, they can't believe it because I'm very friendly. Reva
@Reva I don't avoid crowds like a grocery store, etc., although I understand that. I have been known to see someone I know on the cookies aisle and make a quick UTurn to the toilet paper aisle to avoid having a conversation.
I'm with you on that too! Then I'm praying I can get to the checkout without running into them LOL.
That I have no interest in leaving my house, and would be very content to stay here forever and never leave my property.
After my knee surgery in 2017, I did not leave this house from Nov. 21st until Feb. 22nd.
Due to my husband’s health situation we spent spent days and weeks at a time here from January thru April of this year.
I am truly content here at home.
@RedTop Sorry about the surgery and your hubby's illness. I could stay home for extended periods of time because I have my art studio here to stay busy. I do, however, think after awhile, I'd go a little stir crazy and have to get out. I understand situations where folks have no choice.
