@Still Raining

I swear I think I could eat an entire pumpkin pie in one sitting.

However.....I have found a wonderful substitue by using sugar free cream cheese pudding and plain,canned pumpkin.  I add a bit of the PP spice and use unsweetened almond milk to make it.

Normally, I'll use a 1/2 can of the pumpkin and 1 cup of almond milk.  It has a nice, creamy consistency.

While it's not as satisfying as the pie, the flavor is wonderful!

How has your snacking and "treat" time been going???

Having more desserts?  Having things you don't normally have?????

@ECBG  I did not snack or eat desserts before the virus and that did not change at all. Not eating anything I would not normally eat. I eat very healthy. No sugar at all.

I am very happy that I did not fall head first into the cookie jar. I know that could have happened just as it did with many people.

@willdob3 I'm so social, I had to have some sugar.  I felt lower than the floor.  Going to work-no.  Seeing the beautiful ladies I love to see (and style)-no, worring about my ladies, and the list went on about a mile long!
