How has your snacking and "treat" time been going???

 

Having more desserts?  Having things you don't normally have?????

I unfortunately ate all the good stuff the first couple of weeks. You know all the goodies that you buy just in case everything closes down and that is the only thing that you can think about.

 

So I have learned my lesson, don't even think about replacements.

To be honest I am terrified of putting weight on...not that I'm a tiny girl, but have done my best to stay at 10-12 in size...as I get older, it's harder to keep the weight off.  I have been wanting to lose 10 lbs for a while...it's not happening.

 

I have never been a big eater, but do like my sweets....pie, brownies, etc.  If I want dessert, I eat a light dinner.

 

My grocery list rarely changes we tend to eat the same things over and over.

I'm not having any issues. 

 

I'm kind of OCD about eating balanced meals.  I do have dessert after a meal - but I'm not one to snack on junk food.  I just don't buy it!   

 

I have "coffee breaks" during the day.

More snack stuff but recently trying to walk it back. More trips to Sprouts for fruits and vegetables. Also, I'm a fan of intermittent fasting - 5:2. Not for everyone, but helped me shed 20 pounds a couple of years ago. Back at that and it has curbed my hunger. It always does. Cooking more but my family isn't thrilled about leftovers. Don't know why. Always been that way. So I'm modifying my cooking. Good luck everyone.

I  have been oven frying/roasting veggies....potatoes, sweet and small red, red and green peppers, onions.  I use olive oil or italian dressing.  I hope it's not a calorie laden dish.  I could eat them every day!

I have put on weight.  I need to lose a good 20 pounds.  No one can believe when I tell them what I weigh now.  But I see it.Woman Frustrated

bad really, bad

gained back the 15# that lost.  I have no desire to workout.
