Does anyone use the Quick Reply?  Does it have a better use than the regular reply?

I've seen other people talk about Quick Reply, but I don't see a Quick Reply button.  Where is it?  I think I've read that it just doesn't have the features that the regular reply has.

I'm using it to reply to your post. It's stripped down and gives you no way to add pictures, URLs, or emoticons without knowing basic HTML code, but it's very handy for a quick response.

It's right next to the Reply button.

That's interesting.  I'm on a Mac and don't have a Quick Reply button.

You have to select it in your display option.

You should report that to the mods. Others have also reported Mac incompatibility issues, but this is the first I've heard about the Quick Reply option missing.

Mine was on by default.

Thanks ChynnaBlue and NewJerseyGirl. I changed my options and added the Quick Reply. I'm using it now.

I've noticed other people saying they didn't have certain options that I had on by default.
