Tom Kha Gai-Thai Coconut Soup

Just asking, but would Atkins have a book with recipes in it you could check on?  Library?  Oh and the Chef he's been on Q's shows.  Can't think of his name, but his whole family did LC, and he's got about 7 cookbooks out.  Amazon could give you a few names to check on at the library.

Baked French Onion. I always order it out and just love it, some places are better than others of course. Have never tried making it myself yet! My husband doesn't care for it, he likes Chicken Noodle, or Chicken and Dumpling best....
