Re: You know you're getting old when...

LOL!!! I have nothing to worry about as I don't use a blow dryer.

The only one in the house is one we used on our dogs after they got a bath.

I could never see myself spending $500 for a styling tool. I would rather buy a computer or tablet.

I would think a $500 hairdryer would appeal to younger women...not who I think of as QVC's target demographic. I use one I found upstairs in my daughter's bathroom that she left behind when she left for college years ago....still going fine. Prob was $10 when I bought it.

$500 is very high, but I think my T3 travel size and regular  are worth every penny.  They were both over $100.

I know exactly what the OP was saying....as you get older, most of us get more practical and less likely to have our heads turned by something that does the same thing as a $15 hairdryer....

I bet every single strand of my Dyson blowed dried hair in my thick head of hair OP you have wasted money on a ridiculous over priced product most of us wouldn’t dare to buy. You are not to old, but maybe judgemental about others purchases when everyone Is guilty of buying frivolous not needed personal products.  We are on a shopping site for goodness sake, there is no way none of us haven’t made stupid unneeded vain purchases on QVC.

People love being judgemental so they can feel good/superior about themselves.

Very high school mentality even though they are “old”.
