@wagirl  wow, statins really did a number on you. I have been taking statins for years and so far I'm doing ok so I can't say I know how you felt. It's good that you found out what was causing the problem. You are right when you say exercising isn't the answer for everyone. I do not exercise but I walk every now and then and I'm doing great on statins and no problem with my weight either.

Yikes @wagirl! I have allergic reactions that are similar to the experience you describe, so I understand.  I would be looking for an alternative too.
