Take a look at these Logo leggings.  The top pair, I bought a month or so ago and they move well when I workout.  So I ordered another Logo legging but this one a pedal pusher style.  Both are size petite medium but look at the difference in the width.  The russet color is like a boat on me, lol.  I’m going to return them and do a big protest if I don’t get a complete refund.

Someone at Logo is drinking on the job @Mmsfoxxie.  That's way too big a difference even with a change in style.

Re: Welcome to the June Exercise Thread

That russet color is at least a large or extra large--there is WAY too much difference!  The quality here used to be very consistent, now, it's a c*** shoot if two mediums are the same.

Good morning everyone--yet another hot day here in Denver.  We had a big thunderstorm last night that scared poor Kevin.  I had to let him out of his crate for awhile to sleep with me.  Our office day out was nice yesterday--most of the lunch was really good, some of it, I passed on.  We went to a Korean BBQ place. It was certainly not a place for a quick lunch.  Then we went up to the roof top patio at work and had cake and beer.  I was really looking forward to the cake and it wasn't all that good.  Boooooooo.

Talked to my mom last night, she is still in good spirits.  She just wants to get the surgery over and done.  She is not looking forward to my sister and niece being together for a week because they fight all the time.  I told my mom to tell them to go home if they can't behave.  We'll see how long they last.

The surgery is supposed to last 3-4 hours.  So I probably won't be much good on Tuesday.

Not much to add---Zumba today, but with a sub.  I wasn't fast enough to get the class, so I am just a student.

Hope you all have a good day.

Re: Welcome to the June Exercise Thread

Hey everyone, did my SFB and BB and walking today.  Babysat my 2 year old granddaughter, she's a love and I love cuddling her.

DrKelli praying for you mom and the rest of the family to all get alone, don't need fighting at this time and they should respect that but I know how things go too.

It's only in the 50's here but it's great sleeping weather.

Not much more here, enjoy your night!

Happy Friday, it's pleasant here today, in the 60's is perfect.  I walked 3 miles at 8 am this morning, then did my SFB and Bodyblade, 10 minutes on TG, and mowed the grass in the front.  Quite an active day for me.  Yestersay over 17,000 steps and same today.  I know I won't be doing that every day but when I can I'm trying hard to step up my game.

DrKelli thinking of you mom and praying for her daily!

Judy sorry you have had a bad week, brighter days ahead!  Relax this weekend and just breathe, we're all here for you!

Nomless and foxxie, I hear ya, not much here either, but nothing wrong with that either.

MickD, nice job on the trail, I did take Logan on the trail this afternoon, kicked out 1 deer and he was yanking and pulling so hard on his leash, I don't dare let him off, he's too full of energy and I don't want him chasing a deer especially if fawns are around.

Have a good one everybody!

Re: Welcome to the June Exercise Thread

Good morning everybody!  Rain expected but who knows.  Yesterday it rained in the areas I was driving but here, barely enough to wet the ground.  I was hoping for some of that free water.

After having my teeth xrayed and cleaned Thursday, I see that my lips and jaw are a little swollen again.  Not a good sign.  I hope this wisdom tooth is not about to give me problems....my bridge is attached to it.  I have dry mouth problems and lips (Angular Chilitis, lack of saliva) it could be from that.  Last year, that’s what the problem was.  My trip is coming up and I don’t need medical problems.

@JudyL, slow down.  Rome wasn’t built in a day.  You just went through something major.

Yesterday, I did a cardio class.  Today will be Zumba.  Have a great weekend!

Re: Welcome to the June Exercise Thread

Happy Saturday everyone!

@bopper Wow you've been getting in the exercise!  Your trail sounds nice!

Found 2 ticks yesterday on my floor, and Sammie found one on her paw today.  They've been given their monthly tick meds so it must working!  I'll vacuum like heck today.....

Did 33.30min trail run......sun is out and it's hot when you're back is to the wind!

Re: Welcome to the June Exercise Thread

Happy Sunday Funday!   Went for a walk this morning with Logan on the trail, it was so quiet and peaceful. Very dewy though, my shoes were soaked and Logans feet were all wet and muddy. Luckily he hasn't had any ticks, we treat him too but they are terrible everywhere.  A friend of ours went for a walk in the woods with his dog and he had 17 ticks on him, ( the man) did.

Yesterday I had 15,000 steps and the day before 22,000...My goal was 10,000 and I've upped my game to 15,000.  I will be realistic and I know I won't always get that, but that's okay too.  Not that my weight changes much ( meaning goes down)  LOL...goes up though.  But of course it does!

Did anyone watch the Belmont?   Wow!l   How awesome was that!!!  Love love love!!!

Enjoy the day everyone!
