Hi, Nookie, nice to meet you. Thanks for your report on the Xbike, and congratulations on your success. You've done great. I know many love their xbikes...like you and Bopper...but there are also reviews that report missing parts so it can't be assembled, problems with the pedals, etc. Quality seems inconsistent, so I keep dragging my feet. It would work in my apt because it's small, so it's somewhat of interest.
Laura, it's good news that your back is somewhat better and that you're finding some products that might help. It seem like they're worth a try...and a return if they don't help. I've heard good things about the Backjoy. How cool to be walking with the deer! Spectacular.
It's cold agian today....and I don't feel like going back out to go to the workout room. It will be warm over the weekend though.
Hi, Bopper. Good job on your bike!

Hi everyone! TGIF! Actually, it will be TGIF when it's over, today is the big ceremony for us so I just want it over with. Thought I'd pop in since it will probably be a while, we're down to crunch-time and the next couple of weeks are going to be crazy. Actually, the next few days will be hectic...I feel so far behind and the movers will be here on Monday!
Laura, sorry your back is so bad! Be careful, I've never been good at taking off when I am injured and I now have pretty severe injuries to prove it. You can't compare your 1-hour SPIN to lots of miles, I did 45-miles on my bike the other day while talking on the phone to my gf and some other calls I had to make but a SPIN class is a tougher work-out which will get you in better shape overall. My gf was saying the same thing(she's in some FitBit group or FitPal), she can do 10 miles jogging, but a 10-minute CrossFit work-out is much harder and a lot of people couldn't even do that but they can walk 10 miles, yet on paper, people see "TEN miles" and think it's so much more than a 10 minute WOD that killed her and she's much prouder of. My long mileage days are much easier than a CF WOD or HIIT type work-out...so you can't go by "distance"...I'll jog 8 miles any day before running a sub 8-min mile. Anyway, hope you feel better!
nomless, dh's and I both have had some PF issues lately. We did a long one on Saturday and he was limping on Sunday. I found a really good stretch that a running group posted and now I can't find the video again, I was going to show you. It's too hard to explain too....it involves the foam roller but you put your shins on it. How is your job(sorry, I don't have time to read all of the posts) going??
bopper, I have never watched The Voice but it seems like everyone is in to that one. Thanks for well-wishes!! I was going to say something else and can't remember....I hate this new format where you can't see the old posts when you're typing!!! LOL!!
And now I can't remember the name of the new person either.....with your bike. Welcome!!
And anyone else...seriously, I'm a little worried about my memory lately and I"m not kidding. I think I was going to reply to a couple other things and now I can't remember. I hope it's just too much going on. I'm back on steroids due to the hives/welts, angiodema, itching, etc...I think that makes my ADD worse too.
I hope everyone has a great March....I'll be so glad for February to be behind us! I was telling Lucy to take in the sights this morning since she only has a few more days.
The sun-rise was beautiful, it was shining on the moon which made the moon look like it was glowing!
I'm heading out! If I missed anyone, and I feel like I did, it is an oversight. I hope you all have a great weekend and stay healthy!!

Hi, Patty, I was happy to see you. Thanks for letting us know things are OK.
I take it you found a house - I hope you love it. And that Lucy's tests were OK - I hope she's better. And that DS is holding his own - I hope so. And that you and DH are hanging in there, getting things done. Sorry you're facing such a hectic time, it's never fun.
My job is going well, thanks for asking. Slowly, I'm getting my head and schedule around the fact that I'm working again. I'm starting to get in a routine. A bit hard to do after being unemployed for several months, LOL. No complaints about the job itself or the people I'm working with. It's ncice to be working for a previous boss. It makes everything a lot easier because we know each other and know what to expect from each other. Every week, he thanks me for jumping in and tackling new tasks. He seems pleased with how things are going. So, it's all good. I'm a lucky girl that this opportunity arose when it did.

Congratulations on the new house and new job everyone! Glad everything seems to be going well.
I am skipping my long Pound class today because I am going with that attitude that you can obviously work yourself into injury which is what I've done and it's time to back off. Thank you for the words of encouragement again and advice, I listen to every bit of it.
I am going to go visit the Backjoy (still waiting for my email coupon) this weekend. I have been swimming in BB&B coupons forever. Finally threw them all out because I never go to that store and now I need one. God is laughing at me I know it.
I am excited for the weekend and weather looks cool but sunny to go walking in the woods tomorrow and next. I have a horribly busy and aggravating month coming up with work starting next week and I'll need all the stress relief I can get so I'm starting early.
Hope everyone else has a Happy Friday!

Haha...my gf told me I had a "reply" on here! It took me aback because she isn't really a "Q" gal and she has never posted on any forum. She even used your name "nomless" and I have to say, it threw me! Too funny! I have a couple of friends that are q and forum ladies so it wouldn't have surprised me at all, but it took me a minute to put it all together. I told you something isn't right with me lately. I hope it's the steroids because yesterday I couldn't think of some things that I should know but couldn't remember, it really scared me a little.
Anyway, noooooooo, we don't have a house! That doesn't mean anything to the military though, you have orders to roll, you roll, house or not! We have "hotel reservations".
We are waiting to hear on a place though, we were hoping we'd know by now because it does make a difference in my packing/sorting.
Lucy's glands are still swollen.
She's almost finished with the antibiotics so I'll talk to the vet on Monday when I go in to pick-up all of their(cats too) records for the move.
DS is doing pretty darn well! He's lost 25lbs since his surgery in January....first 18lbs were because he was sick, but now he's trying to keep it up. He gained 40 while on the steroids.
So happy you like your job nomless! And Laura, I'm glad you can hit the trails(just do your own thing and what you like...advice is like anything else, some is good and some is not. Yes, including my own...lol). I srue hope we're as close to them when we move as we are here. Lucy will be homesick if we're not!
I have 15-mintes to catch my breath before the crazy starts. And I'm taking every minute of it! Have a great day everyone and pray I can leave my sunglasses on the entire ceremony, I'm afraid the tents might be too dark and I'll look like a fool with them on but my eyes are such a swollen mess, I have to.

Hey all and Happy Fri yayaya day! ![]()
Happy to see all the posting and a big welcome to our new posters.
This morning I did the treadmill and Total Gym with a little KB thrown in. Now heading to the trail with Logan. Actually waiting on a guy to come back so Logan doesn't throw a fit when he sees the other dogs but his nose will be in gear that's a given! The sun is out and it makes my day so much better. I seriously think living way up North here where there are so many clouds all winter that it effects me! So ready for no coat/boots/mittens..
Patty much luck to everyone today. I'm sure you will look lovely. Hey Isaac's models wear their sunglasses in the night time! But seriously, you will be stunning and hubby will be awesome. So glad Lucy is doing alright and DS is holding his own and doing pretty darn good! Hoping your house plans workout and soon you will be in .
Nomless glad the job is going good and the boss and you get along well. I like my Xbike as you know. I had no missing parts, it's a purchase I'm very glad I made.
Theresa my hubby had the BackJoy and it didn't help him but he didn't use it consistently either.
Now who's getting the backrelax thing, ( not the name) but Lori Greiner thing for the back. I was curious about that and hip flexor openers.
I still like my BodyGym and on their website are tageted 12 minute workouts for when you don't have a lot of time. Anything is better than nothing!
Waving to everyone, so happy to see the posts!

@bopper I'll definitely let you know how I like the back thing. It's not coming until 3/8 I think but I'll definitely let everyone know if I think yay or nay on it. Enjoy your trail and the sun!
That's disappointing on the Backjoy. I'll still take a look this weekend and see what I think. That's why I was hesitant to just order it because I've read good and bad. I must have my angel on duty because my co-worker came in this morning and offered to spend some of her office budget on me with a new chair at work out of the blue which may be the best bet although I really think it's overexercising that did me in.
Best wishes to everyone again! Happy weekend almost! ![]()

Morning, it's mild here today before snow and cold for next week once again even in the beginning of March but there is light at the end of the tunnel! Hahah
I'm cleaning and just putzing around the house. I am taking care of my neighbors old Golden Retriever (14) for a week while they are in Florida. I will go over about 3 or 4 times a day and see him, walk him..he's a good boy
Laura yes please let me know about the back trax. Your coworker is a blessing for you. I love to hear that. Those that bless others get blessed back 2 fold! Hope you have a nice weekend!
Patty hoping your weekend is less busy and you and Hubby and Lucy can spend some time together without things going awry for you LOL You have so much going on, I don't know how you keep it together!
Hubby has a cold! I am disinfecting the whole house, we are supposed to go to dinner tonight so I'll have to see how he feels first. He usually snaps back pretty fast!
Enjoy the day everyone!

Today's photo is funny, Bopper. Have fun with the pup you're caring for. Bet he's a cutie!
I had to go out this morning and I missed Lucci presenting her Pilates chair. Dang, I wanted to see it. I hope they post the vid.
I've done some sorting through stuff in my messy storeroom. It's a big job that will take days (weeks?) to complete, but every little bit is a step forward.
I'll do a cardio workout sometime today.
Patty, so sorry you don't have a house yet. Hang in there.
Hi, Laura, have a good weekend.

Hi everyone! Did my 8 mile walk through the woods. No deer but lots of squirrels.
I then went on my health and happiness shopping spree. Found the Backjoy and I am telling you my lower abs are sore and I only drove home in it It really works your lower abs. Kind of scary that I've been sitting the wrong way all my life but we'll see how effective for the back it really is.
Order some hiking stuff on amazon last night and got a new pair of sneakers. I'm ready for Spring! It was quite cold this morning but that meant I pretty much had the trails to myself this mornng. Always a plus!
@bopperGIve a hug to that doggy from me. I miss my poodles. I hope your husband feels better soon.![]()
@nomless They are replaying Saturday Morning Q on QVC plus now. I missed it too since I was a shopping and walking fool this morning so I'm anxious to see what Susan Lucci has. I'm looking to do more low impact. Good for you for spring cleaning. I need to do that too. Maybe you'll inspire me to get busy!
Have a great Saturday!
