Re: Welcome to the December Exercise Thread

ILUVLUCY  Patty   fill your bath tub up with warm water dump some baking soda in it get and sit and put the water all over your body that should  settle your itching down alot. This does work at least for the people I have suggested it to they got a lot of relief  from hives and itching. Good lord there has to something you can put over your body to give you some help with what your going through. I know the baking soda worked for a friend who called me and was screaming and crying she could not take the pain from the hives and itching from medication she had to take. I told her to do this and just sit in the tub later she called and was crying because it helped her so much and why didn't I tell her sooner to do this. My prayers are with you.  Hello to everyone on here will be back later to chat have to get some things ready for tonight, and throw some laundry in the washer can't do any laundry on New Years day or throw anything out  including garbage on New Years day I am reading it is very bad luck to take anything out of your home on New Years day so I am getting everything out of here today.  Also read that you are supposed to wear something new tomorrow.  Be back after I get this home all supersticious ready .

@Iluvlucy

Be sure to catch cater's post to you, it may help tone down some of the symptoms. I also just bought my brother a soap from Chagrin Valley, neem and tea tree that has numerous testimonials from folks for soothing skin.

Dang girl, my heart goes out to you. That sounds like too many meds. How about giving those doctors a call and tell them they are making you worse, not better, and maybe they should think about referring you to someone who can help instead of trying to kill you. That may be a bit over the top but it would get their attention.

Re: Welcome to the December Exercise Thread

I have to be covered in head to toe with hives to hear from Cater and Canine???!!!!!!  LOL!  So nice to see you pop up...thank-you...just wish it was for something else, not gonna lie!

Never heard of those superstitions before cater!  I am getting very discouraged with the doctors/specialists canine...I feel like I can not go on like this and they need to figure something out.  March 8th(Mast Cell specialist appt) is a long time when you feel like this.

I will have dh go get some baking soda cater.  I'm letting him sleep right now, it's been another long night.  I'm just miserable, that may sound dramatic, but it fits.  I'm about at my wit's end and what I wouldn't give to have 2 solid hours of sleep.  I did soak in the tub last night...or yesterday, I'm losing track of time.

My skin is bleeding from scratching, have sores all over....on top of the hives.  The burning and itching is driving me insane...and I'm sooo tired.  I feel like I can't even have clothes touch my skin.  Lucy is all in a dither...she keeps smelling my swollen lips and the hives, then starts shaking. Smiley Sad  DH is beside himself...I hate that I'm upsetting everyone.

I hope everyone had a nice New Year's Eve.  I couldn't even get into the stuff on tv so really don't know how it all went.  Thanks everyone, of course everything always happens on a weekend.

nomless, bopper, laura, Mssfoxxie, and anyone else I missed, hope you have a wonderful New Year's Day!   Thanks for the support.

I should post some pictures for you guys to see that my gf took....they're really cool.  She's in Montana and took some nice pictures right out her front window.

Re: Welcome to the December Exercise Thread

Oh my, @Iluvlucy.  I'm so sorry that you're going through this!  I'm never had hives.  It must be awful knowing you have to just wait it out and hope that it gets better before it gets worse.

Ohhhh, I wish there was a way to review more than one post at a time!!  Hecky Poo!

Today is the first day of a new year and the first day of your lives. For me, it means it another opportunity to start over.  I'm gonna try putting any negativity I have in the garbage and throw it away.

I hope I did right by posting in the December thread.  I didn't see a January one yet.

Happy New Year!!!
