I am BEYOND OLD...and have been lifting weights most of my life...and I still "forget stuff"...

There are exceptions to every rule...my paternal grandmother was overweight at least from the time she was about 40, she dipped snuff (ick!) and got very little exercise. She lived to be almost 91, and her mind was still very sharp, though her body had failed her.

I have seen more weak minds in the recent future, then my entire life.

To me it is offensive and a generalization on someone's looks basically to assume that they have a "weak mind."
Some of the smartest people ever have been elderly, disabled, frail, sickley, etc and brilliant, or kind, or have a special mind for loving those around them.
Just take everyone for who they are and value them for themselves. Not their physical appearance or limitations please.

Strong people still get Alzheimer's. Yes, I have seen that.
