Being outside doing something active, running, walking, gardening, help me keep stress down for most, if not all of the day. If I feel a bit stressed or cranky in the evening, I find meditation helps, or a long soak in the tub also is very pleasant.

i was spending a lot of time hunched over my laptop at work. I would come home with a sore neck, shoulders and lower back. So I would ice these areas when I came home while watching GH on my DVR. I finally got a laptop stand, keyboard and mouse and now I have no soreness. So now I just chill out by watching GH.

I no longer feel any stress whatsoever. I am an avid walker. Walking for me relieves any type of stress. It releases natural endorphins. You won't believe how much exercize can help a persons psyche. No excuses...walk. ![]()

I put my feet up and read a good book with a glass of Chardonnay or a cup of tea.
