            I just now saw your thread, @Catty2.  Adding my good thoughts for you.  When worry sneaks into my life, I try to remind myself of Corrie ten Boom's simple wisdom:  "Worrying is carrying tomorrow's load with today's strength -- carrying two days at once.   It is moving into tomorrow ahead of time.

Worry doesn't empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength.”
