Maybe you have extreme stress @I am still oxox  with all that's going on.

I know my headaches, etcetera come from stress and so I am grinding my teeth.  We do not realize it when we sleep.

But dizzy?  yes, absolutely it goes with the territory. Always.

@Pink123  Thank you I am so over wrought with  stresse sleep deprived and riddled with anxiety

You condo can be fixed, you won't be as easy to fix, please make you and your husbands well being a priority.  Take a deep breath, all of the issues with your home will work themselves out.  I know its easier said than done but please try.

@spumoni99  Thank you s very much   He is still working yesterday he was drilling on our metal front door to put in a new peep hole  The noise was deafining, and since its a Sunday he is not even supposed to be working

I  have neck and shoulder issues also. Have been to PT a couple of times for the chronic pain. I use Icy Hot Pro spray. I just got off the ice pack and my back is bright red from the hours spent on my heating pad every day. The problem is, is that I have trouble reaching the area that needs work the most. It's like a dull tooth ache all the time. With the meds I take, I can't reall use any painkillers. Nothing with aspirin as I'm on blood thinners and no Tylenol because you shouldn't use it if you have COPD. Everything I've checked for pain doesn't work with my meds. I'm really sick of it at this point. Hope yours feels better soon, @I am still oxox .

I'm sorry about your chronic pain and your sore spots.

I'm dealing with the same thing too, along with Fibromyalgia.

I have some chronic sore spots or trigger points right at the top of my shoulders that I've had for many years that are bothersome.

During one of the times when I was in PT, I was given a trigger point cane, called a Thera Cane.

It's made out of some type of heavy material like resin or maybe plastic, and it looks like a hook with little arms that protrude out of the cane with knobs on the end.

You're able to give yourself a little gentle massage with it in areas that are sore, and it's good for reaching hard to reach areas.

Amzon sells different types of therapy canes.

@CAcableGirl2 I used to use My Pillow and found it helped with my neck pain, but found it annoying having to fluff it up in the dryer so often.  Then I found the Coop pillow and not only did it help with the pain - the pain is no longer an issue with me.  Coop comes with 2 extra bags of filler.  You can add/subtract fill until you get the comfort you need.  Once a week or so I unzip it and put my hands inside to fluff it up, takes minutes.

@I am still oxox  I hope you continue to feel a little better. I'm sure the stress of getting your home the way you want it doesn't help. It will get there.

I agree with @chlema the Coop pillow is the best I have ever had!  I haven't had a sore neck in the mornings and have only added a little of the filler.  Maybe you could try your husbands.
