If the dizziness persists, I think you should call your doctor. That is of more medical concern than the stiffness.

I have had dizziness before I am not worried about that, I will touch base with my Neurologist tomorrow.

I e mailed my Neurologist and she hopefully will respond tomorrow

Take a tea towel or hand towel, wet it down, wring it out and heat it up in your microwave. Make sure you don't make it too hot. Put that on your neck and shoulder. Most times moist heat is better than dry heat anyway. Should help you out.

I usually look to youtube to find what looks to be a legitimate physical therapist and try a few suggested gentle stretching exercises.  That neck stiffness sure can be troublesome, I know!  Good luck, hope you feel better.

I  have neck and shoulder issues also. Have been to PT a couple of times for the chronic pain. I use Icy Hot Pro spray. I just got off the ice pack and my back is bright red from the hours spent on my heating pad every day. The problem is, is that I have trouble reaching the area that needs work the most. It's like a dull tooth ache all the time. With the meds I take, I can't reall use any painkillers. Nothing with aspirin as I'm on blood thinners and no Tylenol because you shouldn't use it if you have COPD. Everything I've checked for pain doesn't work with my meds. I'm really sick of it at this point. Hope yours feels better soon, @I am still oxox .

Maybe you have extreme stress @I am still oxox  with all that's going on.

I know my headaches, etcetera come from stress and so I am grinding my teeth.  We do not realize it when we sleep.

But dizzy?  yes, absolutely it goes with the territory. Always.

I'm sorry to hear this for you.  You sure have had a time of it lately.  Take a hot shower if you are able and let the water run over it for several minutes.  As soon as you are out of the shower do some simple stretching.  Hope you're better soon.

I can't help with the dizziness, but "Hempvana - Maximum Strength Pain Relief" has helped with my periodic aches and pains. It contains hemp seed oil and trolamine salicylate 10%. Good luck to you! Feel better!

I have used Absorbine Plus back patches.  They do give a bit of relief and I got them on Amazon.

You condo can be fixed, you won't be as easy to fix, please make you and your husbands well being a priority.  Take a deep breath, all of the issues with your home will work themselves out.  I know its easier said than done but please try.
