I have had dizziness before I am not worried about that, I will touch base with my Neurologist tomorrow.

If you can find rice in the construction zone, enfold it in a soft towel and microwave.  Then wrap it around the neck shoulder area.

My DH likes this one best for his arthritis in his hands, Boiron Arnicare in a tube, they have added a new cream to their brand that contains arnica as well as Devil's Claw. Made in France.
